While these runes can at times be valuable, that is usually only if the house has fallen or the location of the house is unknown to the vast majority of people that collect these sorts of things. Unfortunately, this particular rune is for The Syndicate's guild hall on Marble Island on the Atlantic Shard, a castle on the southern tip of the island. The Html sign is still intact and anyone that wants to create the rune for themselves, assuming they can cast Mark, can create as many of this particular type rune as they please.
