The base weapon speed of a Diamond Mace requires at least 30SSI for it to be effective for PVM. In addition life leech, while a decent mod for PVM has to be found in conjunction with HML, it does not stand alone as a mod.

As far as PVP goes, HLL is not a desirable mod, and most pvpers want hit spell(fire/light) hld, and hci, as well as ssi and di.

It's possible you may get a few hundred k from someone who is interested in a weapon with life leech, but generally I wouldn't see this weapon selling for more than a few k.
