I was just burning thu some runic hammers and made this beauty

50% Hit Fireball
50% Hit Lower Def
39% Damage Inc

And it has NOT been imbued yet... I repeat not IMBUED...

Does anyone know how much that it is worth??
Also I am on Catskills if that matters in price...
