There are two vendors that sell a lot of cursed arties.

The cursed arty vendor just N of Yew Gate, and the cursed arty vendor at the vendor mall between Skara gate and Skara city.

No idea on the prices of these items, but I'd venture to guess they'd be worth close to what these vendors sell them for, as they sell out quite often.
