While sorting out my junk between bank boxes and secures, I found some very old items which I did not even remember I still had. Items that no longer spawn and, therefore, I imagine are now to be considered as rares.
For example, I have some various armour or weapons pieces that have within their mods the following ones (not all of them on one item, of course, usually they have 1 or 2 of them or in some rare case more if they are stats bonuses...) :
