wow those are some very nice server birth rares!! i know there have been a few people looking for a few of those! i would say a few hundred mil worth of items
where did you happen to pick them up at?
the knitting alone is worth 100m+ . i sold an open book for 25m recently, silverwear i sold for 60m. im sure you will be getting some offers on these items if you are wanting to sell

14 music stand with what looks like music on it? no idea
15 empty vial rack? alchemy items used to worth a lot, but no idea if they still have a market
16 3 different typs of cards think around 60mil-80mil each
17 bottle of ichor? no idea (assuming it's a rare, not the stackable)
18 a deed to a small marble workshop should be around 20mil
