I vaguely recall a justice isle home going for 50m, but it could be more (or less for all I know). Kurgan can probably tell you what he's been offered.

You have to get a rune from someone, and I believe they can tho I haven't tested it.

On Sonoma there are houses on both Facets, we have runes to both islands. Wanted to place myself on the tram side a few years ago and went in search of the runes for the island, found them on LS and when we transfer char's over to Sonoma brought the runes with us.

At first there was three small houses on the tram island, all were from a Grandfather account someone had long ago and they had a Castle on another shard and refused to talk deal about it. I just gave up on the idea, but another member of our alliance happen to know the person that had the castle and worked a deal for the smaller homes on Sonoma and placed his dream house on Justice Island.

All I would say on the matter was congrats as I was green with envy on his success.

Thanks, Sarsmi. I was just offered 20 and 25 mil. Considering selling, but I think I'll hold out. When I placed a small house on the island, there was already another small house there. Then one day I logged in after months away from the game and I realized I was the only house on the island. So I upgraded!

It's a great spot for bragging, but lonely. And I'm poor....

I did a trade for mine.
As I needed more space for my pixel crack.
Traded for a Castle.
I was there about 4 yrs.
Nice local, max size house is 13x18.
Good spot for fishing gains..
