Useless they are coming out with a dye tub with those colors for Christmas! For Cloth! They have one for leather already as a vet item!
Im doing this Im going to dye cloth with every color on the new tub set it all up in a chests, and drop all my halloween cloth in the chests. See what matches up or doesnt match up maybe the halloween colors might not be on the tub.

Cloth metalic dye tub coming out. Try every color out of the tub and see what stacks when it is gifted. Pull out what stacks with tub colors and what is left is the rare.
The cloth that doesn't stack might be "rare" but i doubt anyone will care, unless the color difference is very noticeable.
Unless cloth get some resist or mod pumps (Hey new BOD reward) there is no papaer doll slots left to be colorful. There is the Garg cloth armor. But they are already head to toe in wedding dress scrap cloth colored armor. For the money grubbers make the new reward cloth only used in enhancing. This will promote the use of all the colors out there and increase reforge tool sales. Lets see new reward cloth from the wizards robe shop has 10% LRC pump. Garg cloth armor with 30% LRC. Or at last we can craft human elf hats with runics for mods. There is always the imbuing and then add 10% LRC to Wizards Hat. Or adding 10 STR to a Bear Mask for a custom Totem. Even a reward cloth that adds 10 RANDOM skill enhancing or crafting with using the whole skill list. Give the crafting skills some relief to their template with a chance to making an full apron that may carry a crafter skill. What would the first 10 smith full apron RNG hit sell for? And the PVP world wont cry imbalance.
Reward cloth recycled become normal cloth. There are load of players out there that are BOD fillers waiting for an update. Most the rewards good for clean up points is all.
