Price check on Guild deed, some history would be nice also

Just returned to UO found this while digging through old chests.
I would like a price check please, i would love to find out some history of where it came from or what use it had in the past.

Around 400k.

Back in the day you didn't have a fancy paperdoll menu to start/manage a guild, you had to physically place a guildstone and use that to invite people to your guild.
You could buy these deeds from a provisioner NPC for around 15k.

Nowadays these deeds can't be used.
