Price check on few rares

I have couple of old items im intested to sell if price is right. Items are

3 old necro reagents named bloodspawn.
51 blackmoor.
Old agapite color armor which is made by Katrina(not crafted). I have platemail arms, heater shield, close helmet, chainmail leggings, chainmail tunic, chainmail gloves. items are also double exceptional.
Old style arrow shafts
I also have two magincia rubble Coconut trees(green color)

Items are in Great Lakes shard.

Old Arrow shafts 10 to 25k if you are lucky
Rubble coconut trees at leas 10 and possibly higher depending on who you find
