Price Check on Double Ex Silverware

I have not looked at any of this type of rare before and would like to learn about them. I have three pieces, a spoon, fork and a knife each saying "A (item) of Exceptional Quality" in yellow and below that line it says Exceptional in white letters. Are these worth anything at all? Understand I am not the brightest bulb in the house Thanks
