im not looking for a buyer, i just need some ideas to what this piece is worth to someone who needs it.

To someone who needs it? Probably not all much. If I had a char that would benefit from the skill bonuses (both good numbers, I might add), I'd probably pay up to 800k for high-ish lrc and fc1. Luck is not really a factor as I tend to use a full luck suit if I want the effect. But that's just me. Now, if it was 2/1 it would be a different story

Due to the range of rings etc this one would serve someone in training but as a gm+ is prob a waste of time so as a value it becomes :who would want one: as with most tamers now sitting waiting for something to bring them out again I would value it as 5 to 10 k at most sorry
