[Price Check] Price check on a bracelet?

Howdy.

I'm still figuring this stuff out (I think I say that everytime I post in here), but what do you think of this bracelet? Aside from lowish LMC, it seems pretty useful.

Actually the lmc is max as is int mana inc and mr the issue would be no fc or fcr as far as value i cant tell you also learning but my guess is under 1 mil

I thought LMC was up to 15, and the rest are above caps or don't typically come on the bracelet at all? I understand that probably wouldn't offeset the lack of FC/FCR but I'm wondering if I'm looking at things completely wrong,
