Shame no hci or EP to fit on a dexer template, so 15swords skill and ssi10 is to waste.
I only see the lrc fcr3 sdi mr lmc and 30skill useful, not bad ring, still works for a tamer mage using a shaman staff, ready to struggle with the DCI , or a mystic mage using a bok dci15 running with no EP.

Keep in mind that some players dont like to depend on lrc/lmc and mr on antique items

Bc of the skills u could squeeze out all 45. It becomes useful. A player would want a 35 EP brace and tailsmen can be used with 15 EP or a weapon EP or other ways. And for 45 skill I think it's worth it. I would say 250 mill is okay on that piece. For a mage missing the dci is no big deal. But getting the dci and hci on the toon is a bit demanding. So it's somewhat limiting. If I mr had EP or hci I think the value would jump to 400 to 600 mill. Depending on EP hci or both.
