Hi.

I haven't dealt with buying/selling reforged items much yet, but I'll take a swing at it.

It wouldn't take too much effort using a low runic to craft them with no mods except the 5 HCI. Then you add the cost of imbuing all the other stats (2mr, 8lmc, 8mana, 8stam) and the cost of using a forged artifacts tool a few times until you get a good enhance mod(hci,di).

I'd say about 10m a piece would be a good ballpark. That should cover the cost of materials + a bit for the work done.
