warforks vary alot. a "base" 20 splinter can sometimes sell for as low as 2 million gold. yours is slightly better as hit lower attack is an ok combat stat (but far from as valuable as hit lower defense or hit spell)
you would probably be able to sell it for about 10 mil without to much effort.
If you wanted the most for it, wait until someone is actually looking for one. you might be able to get 20 - 40mil.
