Not much, first one not enough damage increase, no hit chance and you can't imbue it to increase or change the skill. The second night sight kills it. without night sight over 100 million with night sight a few million maybe?

I partly agree on the 1st one, since its maxed out, but still got the so demanded 10 SSI...

The second one is open for imbuing and why should night sight kill it - it still got 191/500 Total Property Weight so you could add some here...

Kinda the same reason as the first, most people want DCI, HCI, DI, SSI as the four core mods, the 5th mod is typically Dex but is open to whatever. Also a good amount of dexxers run as an elf so we don't need night sight

I think the second bracelet looks awesome for a gargoyle thrower character. I know my wraith thrower would love it as a base piece for imbuing.

they work fine, just reforge a suit with hci and or dci on it and you wont need it on jewelry.
as for a price, that depends on the buyer im sure. if you can find someone who isnt ignorant about mods, imbuing, and reforging then im sure theyd sell for a nice price.

Spined or horned runic kit, select powerful reforging and the Artifice options, then for Hci select the Of slaughter category. results almost aaaalways give an armor piece with HCI 4 or so on it. for dci do same but with the Of Aegis option. usually get just the hci/dci mod on it leaving 4 slots to add imbued mods. there that was easy to say and do

Well, you can only imbue a max of 5 DCI and 5 HCI on each reforged piece. It is far more efficient in most cases to stack 15 DCI and/or 15 HCI on the jewelry. Or in other words, it would take 3 armor pieces with 6 dedicated mods (out of 15 total mods) to do what you could do with 2 mods on one ring or bracelet.

Bracelet one is definitely useable for sampire not the best but can be a place holder until better one can be obtained.

Bracelet two is great for gargoyles since night sight is needed and the other two mods are fine. It is less flexible when it comes to what race can really benefit from it so as far as price goes it would be quite a bit less than if let say the bracelet was just 4dex 10 ssi and definitely can't be in on the same level against a +stam 10 ssi bracelet.
