50 mill for the Tatched Roof House is insane. It is the rarest of the set but 10 mill on a very good day. Two Story Villa is a relatively common one 10 to 25k when I left Sonoma I dumped far more than I really wanted to but had no room to transfer them...what shard are you on?

thatched roof normally pulls 2-5 mil... although thatched roof is rarest the castle is most desired, and it tends to pull in 5-15 from what ive seen them sell for... keep goes low mils... others are pretty low in price as in less than 100k... tower might pull up to a mil to some people
