The last one I purchased, was 50m, and as far as selling for closer to 100m, it can happen but can often be a slow process.

My general rule w/ these is if I'm buying, I expect to pay 80-100. If I'm selling, I expect to sell for 50. Reason? It's hard to find a time when buyers are looking hardcore and sellers are selling cheap. Simple economics... If you want to get rid of one, expect to sell it cheap to someone who will "buy it just because". If you need one, expect to pay an arm and a leg because "nobody is really lookin to sell for super cheap"
