Picked these up at an idoc and was wondering what they might be worth. I was also wondering if they can be shard transferred, as I was told they could turn into a house placement tool?

* Deed to a Two story wood and plaster house
* Deed to a brick house
* Deed to a stone and plaster house
* Deed to a large house with patio
* Deed to a thatched roof cottage
* Deed to a small brick house
* Deed to a tower
* Deed to a wooden house
* Deed to a field stone house
* Deed to a wood and plaster house
* Deed to a two story villa

Are these "Mini House Deeds"? If so value depends on shard for sure. The ones there are most common and can vary from 100k to 500k a pc. Or you can toss them all in the trash fro 6500 clean up points each and make those of us with complete sets more valuable *grin*.

BTW, I think this should be in either the rares forum or traders forum. Watch out for Kelmo, I'm sure he will move it .

They are rares, so I'm sure the rares forum. Problem is they seems be shard bound until a Dev takes the time to help us keep them from becoming house tools.

I doubt that they can be shard transferred without them turning into house placement tools. The same mechanic which turns them into placement tools in your backpack and bank is used during shard transfer. I do not shard transfer, so I cannot test that. They will absolutely turn into an house placement tool if left in your backpack when you log out/in. I have several deeds and decided to try it out with one. You have to be very careful f you want to keep them.

Correct. There's a clear warning during the transfer process, and I think conversion happens on login as well. I lost a tent deed that way.

they cant be transferred, so you have to sell them at your shard. If you try to tansfer them , they will transform into placement tools.

Well good news is though, you can sell the house placement tool to the merchant for what the deed was worth though

And if you plan on keeping them as house deeds, never EVER log out with them in your backpack (or bank as well, I think).

I had a full set of them, forgot about the bank thing, put them into bank for safer keeping and had them all turn into house tools...... Now I have tons of house tools.......
I suspect I did not even get back the gold I spent to buy them upon them turning into house tools...

Good luck for your sale though, at least for me, the risk of losing them to a House tool is too high for me to make them worth me wanting to buy them.
I prefer rares that are more stable and do not risk such total loss of investment.......

You should be able to sell them back to the architect for their deed gold value. At least, you used to be able to.
