Any clue on the "Happy Sixteenth Anniversary" horse statue?

Looking for a price on these, in all colors....

AND a question to if they give you a like-wise colored horse to ride? I saw one... and named "Happy Sixteenth Anniversary", the color of one of the statues... just yesterday.

I do have all colors. If interested.

Seems the dark red, black, bright orange, & pink were more desirable than some others.
Some colors are very unique.
