Price Check: Felucca Keep in low spawn zone

Hey all,

I have a felucca keep that is in a low spawn "green" area NW of Britian. I need to try and determine its value as the castle owner next door is interested in its purchase.

Any help would be great.

I would guess around 30-35 if you're lucky. But I don't think they're selling that great now. Maybe less, maybe more depending on how badly they want it.

Check other shards at your same location and see what is there. I have a Fel Keep and if the little house behind me ever goes away I will be able to place a castle in the same spot.

I just sold a keep in a similar location in fel for 30mill. Hope that helps.

Based on the majority of the suggestions I received, I sold it for 30 million.
