Right now, maybe 50m to someone feeling like a bit of a gamble. I'd use it for pvm. I believe I factored in the item bless into the stated value.

Okay the item bless deeds are selling for 60+ Mill on shards.... and i've seen sheilds that 12/13 13/13 and 14/14 sellen for 20-30 mill... but thanks for the input.

I would say closer to 70m, unfortunatly when you use an ibd it doesnt increase the value by anywhere close to what the ibd is worth which is now around 50m. I would say the sheild itself is worth around 50m and since its blessed you can add around 20m and thats only because it makes you look rich having a blessed item thats not cloth, not because it saves you the 600gp when u die!

This is pretty accurate.
How many times do you have to die to recoup your losses if you spend 60M on the blessing itself? Well 300gp goes into 60M 200,000 times.
That's not to say the shield isn't worth a lot of gold, it is. But the value of the two items seperately is probably twice as much.
