it is 9 mods. not 14..still some value for no name gear with the 5/8/8 to someone looking for medable gear.

thought the 5 resists were considered a mod, my bad, didnt help me much though, just told me i was wrong and didnt give me any kind of value, can anybody else actually help with value please?
