Present event reward items:

If you had the points from drops and already have all the items from the last 3-4 events what would you choose? What are your preferences?
1> The boots
2> Titles / deco
3> Random Slayer Talisman?
4> Shadeweaver Embrace
5> Eldritch vambrace recipy?

and : Would you pay the huge 500 points to get the Shadowmane NM Horse?

The boots and the shade weaver embrace will be popular in the future (popular in that somebody or you will want them to use). The Shadowmane, probably popular for collectors as well. I think some of the decor such as the mirror might be popular as well.

This is a problem I’m bumping into - I’ve been having to pick out reward items as I near 1,000 points. The boots are easy as I have several characters that can use them. I’m going with things I will actually use, and this event seemed to have several.

Edit: wasn’t sure if you were talking about for yourself or to sell In the future. I have at least one of all the items from the event that I mostly want, and so now it’s equipping my secondary characters with things like the boots and maybe a few more decor things.. The Shadowmane might be a good investment but that’s a lot of points if you don’t collect such things. The 50% SDI books for a few characters as I don’t have anything like it.

If you asked about something to sell in the future, I…would not be sure. I would expect the boots, embrace, and book to hold their value and then some. Maybe the Shadowmane. Towards the end I will have to pick things I think can sell, but a lot of people would already have them.

Slayer Tallys. Load up on them now, or pay 100m+ for each later. They may not have the best stats for a tally, but having a full set of super slayer ones will very likely come in handy.

yep..Problem is the randomness though, but still good thought. Will give it a shot and pray for non-water elemental slayer..lol.

Excellent advice for fighter, which is my main function. I got all talies, only 3 repeats and put them for sale relatively cheap. Much better than blow lots of points on the NM Horse, with so many other pets in the picture, also I do not PVP, so not huge use for that horsie. (Plus if I ever wanted to, got a dreadmare, etc.

Sounds like you already made your decision, but just wanted to weigh in to say that the rewards list from this event is pretty decent. The FC1 sash will be highly sought after long after this event and becomes an in-demand item for almost any build. The Tabbard, Branch, Boots and Quiver/Wings will also have some good staying power and pop up in more builds in the future. Even some of the decorative items... they are relatively cheap in terms of turn-in points... some hidden gems there that I bet are being over looked and will shoot up in value a few months after the event when the cheap ones are snatched up.
