You can get one by completing the final challenge of the New Character quest (pretty easy if the character is skilled up and running around, but rather challenging for a mid-power character - he has some nasty moves and now and then the AI does something creepy)

The Three Dark Knight rewards are:

a Skill Tutor Statuette, which is a great item for any character in 'training' as it tells you if what you are doing is the optimal level for your current skill or 'too easy' or 'too hard'. It is an item that is worth hanging onto or

an Echo Staff, which does a great lightning display when activated

a Ring of the Servant which provides greater heals (very handy I keep one on me for those unfortunate times I die)

On a side note:

When I was bored beyond belief, I ran 40 Chars through the new haven on test center and challanged the dark knight (easy to do when you can simply set your stats and skills) I recieved 3 Skill tutor statues, 12 Echo Staffs, and 23 Rings of the Servant, twice the quest timed out on me.
