Practice weapons pricing?

Was digging through my bank boxes and found a Bow (Practice Weapon). Are these still rares and what would one go for? (I'm on Catskills. I am willing to sell, I just am not sure what a fair price would be.)

Most of the practice weapons range in the 50-500k, however the battle axe alone is worth 10m+
