Power Scroll Trade Up?

I vaguely remember reading something about them putting a way for you to trade lower power scrolls for higher ones in game, did this ever happen? If so how? I have tried searching but can't seem to find any documentaion on this change, cheers.

use a scroll binder to combind them from 105s to make 110s and 110s to make 115 and 115s to make 120
also you can combine sot's just to have them in 1 scroll instead of many. course has to be the same one.

You need a scroll binder, made by scribes...

You can put 10 of one type of scroll in and turn it into the next level up...

i.e. 10 110 magerys for a 115

its alittle more of the lower scrolls make an upgrade like maybe
15 (105's)
12 (110's)
10 (115s)

something like that - but it might be alittle dif
