[Magery] Power Scroll Question

I used a +10 PS (magery) several years ago. Can I still use a +20 (assuming I get my hands on one) or was that a one time bump?

Yes, you can still use a 115 or 120. Also, I believe that 115 magery is the most you need for PVM, given that you get to 100% success on 8th circle below 120 real skill. For magery spells, there's no bonus to being higher in magery etc., the bonus comes from Eval.

Maybe with the mastery there is a compelling reason to go to 120, but I am not sure about that.
