Power scroll distribution is broken!

Don't fix it. I think it is a nice feature. I am in a guild that has very few people they play in fel. Today we attempted a rat spawn at one of the lost land spawn spots and got raided before we could kill coon. I was able to get to delucia and rez before they killed coon and received a 120 fencing scroll. I know they healed coon up before killing him because I asked them. They only got 4 scrolls and we got 2 because we had 2 people alive. I think if they don't have the numbers to come before the boss is up they should lose out. Knowing the distribution is broken and SoT's will keep me spawning even though I know it will be a cold day in hell when we get one finished.

its not broken, i remember them saying that everyone that does the spawn has a chance at a powerscroll, even if they dont kill the champ.
you can also get the artifact, altho at a lower chance.

Ya its broken like a mofo, I am pretty much the designated champ killer when the guild I am in raids, and alot of the time I don't even get a scroll... I have a super drag chewin it, with strangle, painspike, poison strike, corpse skin, conflag and explosion pots hitting it constantly and don't recieve **** but the skull...
Starting to **** me off a bit.

I am not sure if this is a bug or a new feature, but i have recieved scrolls when the champ died and didnt even hit the champ.Kinda puts a new twist on raiding spawns ---- maybe more people will do fel spawns if they know they have a chance of a scroll as long as they get resed and get back to the dungeon before the champ dies.
