After several weeks of looking, farming, and taming Greater Dragons I have finally found some really good ones!!!!

Number 1:
HP = 942
STR = 635
85/74/43/55/56
WRESTLING = 92.1/115.1
TACTICS = 89.1/111.3
MAGERY = 119.0
RESIST SPELLS = 83.4/104.3
That would be a HP/1-Phys Resis rating of 6280 with good strength and solid wrestling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Number 2:
HP = 889
STR = 592, low : (
Great phys/fire resist
85/86/41/60/64
WRESTLING = 92.3/115.4
TACTICS = 92.1/114.6
MAGERY = 109
RESIST SPELLS = 87.8/109.7
HP/1-Phys Resist rating of 5927!!!!!!

Number 3:
HP = 932
STR = 631
82/81/44/57/60
WRESTLING = 103.0/128.8
TACTICS = 92.1/115.1
MAGERY = 116.7
RESIST SPELLS = 96.8/121.0
HP/1-Phys Resist rating of 5178

So far:

990 Hp
125 Stm
583 Int

79/78/48/52/74 <--- I bet I could do better

117.5 wrestling
118.0 tactics
resist ??(hasnt capped)
104.9 magery <---- I figure its worth it 1056 (blessed hp)

Some might say that those Hp arnt worth the lower resist. Well maybe but I do say that fireball is very nice! I plan on continuing farming but for the mean time I am having a blast with this Little baggman. Paragon ballys have never been a delight before. Now they are just another toon!

Over all hes the best 980+ Ive seen!

Oh, and dragons train to 90% of their pre-tame skill levels. Magery does not train after taming but does lock in at 90% of pre-tame level. If you want to know what your dragon will train up to, lore it right after taming and multiply the values by 1.25

For instance:

A pre-tame wrestling of 143.1 will yield a post-tame wrestling of 103.0

After taming this dragon, when you lore it and see it has 103.0 wrestling multiply this by 1.25 and you will see that it will train to 128.8

Conversely, you can simply multiply the pre-tame value of 143.1 (if you happen to have lored the dragon before taming) by 0.9 to yield 128.8

Using either 1.25 on post-tame skill or 0.9 on pre-tame skill will tell you what the post-tame dragon skill will be capped at.

Hope this helps!

At first look, my #1 Dragon doesn't look like much.. he is by no means the best out there.. but he's turning out to be a pretty tough little cookie..

Hits 862
Mana/Int 572
Str 648
80/88/41/60/65
Wrest 119.3
Tactics 107.1
Resist 111.2 *still working this*
Mage 125.2

My other dragon is;

959 hp
125 dex/stam
653 mana

617 str

150.7 Barding Diff

113 Wres
113 Tact
110 RS

108 magery

85/75/41/57/61

It amazed me how much more effective the 85 phys is over the 79 - I use a LOT less aides fighting other greater drags or swoops with this one.

Here is my dragon's stats:

His magery maxs out at 121.1 but someone keeps getting him killed in Moonglow. I have also not yet fully trained his Resist Spells, that should get upto 116.2 ish.

Of course, those tiny 6 points in phys. resist make a difference of almost 30% less damage.

Is anyone selling one of these uber greater dragons on Chessy? I sure could use one. Someone tamed one and gave it to me and it only has 525 hit points. =( *sigh*

On Pac we have been selling 950+ dragons at 1 mil... barely covers the time to find them and insurance

I just tamed a new Dragon today. He's not the super top end but he's got decent hits and skills should be decent, and he has nice resists.

I have another dragon in the stables you can have or we can go tame a fresh one for you. I honor tame them since I would die way too many times the other way. Takes only a few minutes usually.

My favorite/ best drag is:

864 HP / 635 STR
562 Mana

77/85/42/57/74

Wrestle 124.2
Tact 112.1
Resist 98.0 (still training)
Anat 100.0

Magery 122.5 (and still raising)
Eval 100.0
Med 100.0

Everyone is incorrect about magery. It DOES raise after taming, but is very difficult to do, you have to basically block train, forcing the dragon to rely on casting only. I use paragon changelings. This drag was tamed at 122.7 and has been as high as 123.0 before skill loss on death.

My second dragon (still not fully trained):

874 HP / 616 STR
500 Mana

72/85/50/56/69

Wrestling 114.5
Tactics 111.8
Resist 96.9
Anat 97.1

Magery 117.7 (tamed at 117.8, been up to 118.0 so far)
Eval 96.5
Med 100.0

This Dragon is still training in all areas, can't remember how high the Wrestle was wild, so I am not sure how high that will go.
