Possibly returning to Uo. Any helping guilds / players?

Hello everyone.

I played UO for a while many many years ago. After running out of patience with WoW and other online games I'm seriously considering returning to UO. However, it seems that much has changed since I last played, and this old fella gets confused quite easily! I was wondering if there are guilds or players who happily take new players under their wings to show them the ropes and give sound advice?

I'm not looking for handouts or free rides. I'm simply looking for people who aren't going to giggle at some daft questions when asked!

Right now I am sitting here nursing a mug of coffee trying to decide what type of character I want to play and the best way of creating that character. It seems the game has changed a great deal since I played it last.

yeah me and my guys will sort ya out mate , my icq is 211388464 in game im Enforcer ,
we have two guilds one is a faction pvp , second is a champing guild , we are recruiting for both but i think the second guild will suit u better at first
we run a uoautomap and ventrilo chat system , we got a couple of ppl who are on pretty much all the time , so u got any questions or need help we always can help . so ya dont
