The 15 minutes between gains in the higher levels is just insane. I would like to see 5 minutes between gains and a possible 4.0 in gains per day. Maybe roll-over gains isn't such a bad idea either. That would help those of us who can't just play UO all day long every day. It would be much more appealing to people willing to leave fully trained characters on prodo shards to come over and give it a try.

But each of us here left fully trained characters to come over to siege and start from scratch. A great warrior isn't created overnight, it takes time and patience, this is what makes you a vet, the learning curve. Example....
QB Tim Couch came from Kentucky (no.1 draft pick), and went to the Clevland Browns, and started his rookie year, well nobody even knows what happened to Couch.
QB Tomy Romo came from Western Illinois and went to the Dallas Cowboys, he sat on the bench for 3 years studying the game, and his teams formation and plays. He is now a 67 million dollar man, and has broken in 1 year, franchise records that took ages to produce.
And Tim Couch was the number 1 draft, where as Romo was like a walk on player that didn't even get drafted. Ok, I know i went way in left field with this one, but I think you get the point.
.... This is why you don't want skill gain too easy for siege, cause lets face it, we are the best fighters in all the lands, and if young players rush in too soon, they will very easily have their spirits broken when they realize they're no match for siege players, and the end result will be them high tailing it back to trammel.
