I'm thinking of a few things but I'm sure there's more ideas out there...
New plant types that aren't avialble elsewhere.
New hues (same story)
Greenhouse Box (Benifits of FD without FD... low max # plants at a time
Tree deeds (for trees that take up more than one tile and can't be gardened directly.
DIRT RUG... (looks like dirt. Lock it down on your floor and it acts like dirt. I think the problem had to do with how the housing system treats tiles but these rugs on top of "Floor Dirt" would be usable.)
What else can we come up with?
