Possible bug

I made a really great elemental slayer heavy crossbow that had damage increase, hit life leach, hit lower attack and hit lower defense. Tried it out and it was unreal. It was reall effective but I put it a chest in my house and find instead an elemental slayer with cold damage and poison protection or something like that. What the heck happened? I think I just wasted a pile of imbuing reagents on a pile of junk.

Maybe the server forced your bow to go under your items in the chest? If you're absolutely positive it disappeared, maybe this might be worth mentioning to the EA services.

Problem is I don't recall exactly what I did with the bow. I am sure the imbuing ingredients are used up as I imbued the elemental property and only had enough for 1 imbue but the bow is no where that I can find it. So not too sure where I put it or I would report it. Might find it later but I did look every where that I could think of and it's not there.

I do want to let you know that you are not alone. There have been some strange happenings going about since the release of the high seas expansion. While it will certainly be hopeless that EA will replace any items, it is important that they know what happened, so please report it to them. Also, you may want to share this on the UHall forum.

I have also lost imbued items in my house, and lost insured items after death. A few hours ago, I logged in my crafter and found her stuck under a corner of a mining cave on Tokuno Islands, even though I logged her out in her house and she has never been on Tokuno Islands before.
