essence of achievement (fc 1)
essence of precision (HCI)
essence of diligence (FCR)

Your best sellers are probably going to be SSI and Lighting; these will also be the most dangerous to hunt since both are close to an entrance and get mroe traffic. Don't waste time with feeling, direction etc., unless someone contracts you to hunt it imo.
