1) Do poppy dust plants produce seeds?

2a) Can you identify an entire stack of seeds with one charge?

2b) Will seeds dropped into identified stacks "ruin" the identification?

2c) Will they remain identified if you split the stack?

2a) yes

2b) Same title seeds will stack with only same titled seeds. This doesn't apply to seeds from a none bright plant that pollinated its self from stacking its seeds with same titled seeds. Have to dust those seeds to get them to stack with other known same titled seeds.
