While it quite possibly is a case of 'little things please little minds' I thought I'd share anyway. My parrot has a 'bird house'

did something similar, a bluebird house which doubles as a mailbox.... there's a small box hidden under a miniature house with an unplaced parrot perched on top

you can also place the mini wooden house on a second floor floor-tile, place a wall "pole" under it on first floor, go into custom to kill off the floor tile, and voila tall birdhouse on its own pole.

if you can't go into custom i'm sure it can still be done via ladders and goza mat.

I think i'll try one of the new vines to go up the pole.

sorry somebody with castle asked me a good question about pole alt...I have a rubble pole from the tent pieces set so i just use that usually.

I think the ol fashioned stacked torches would would fine too.
