Poisoning

I't important for a ninja to have poisoning? Or i can raise this skill to another char?
This was my ninja template ( in raising)
Ninja 120
fence 120
tactics 115
hide 100
stealth 100
chivalry 100
magery ( with jewels) 95

I want to use it only in pvm. It's a good template? Or it's better to drop magery for poisoning?
Obiousvly i have another char for poisoning.

Poisoning is NOT a good use of points on a ninja template. Ninjitsu already gives you a (ranged) poison attack with stars/darts. You can have a crafter apply deadly/parasitic poison then give the stars/darts to your ninja.

Magery will work VERY nicely on that template. You can stealth into nasty monster filled areas, drop evs, and then smoke bomb and/or shadow strike to keep the monsters off of you. You also might consider resist instead of magery. (In PvM you will spend your life piosoned, cursed, paralyzed, and mana drained without resist.)

i play on seige lately with 80 poisoning and 104 fencing 71 tac currently still a noob, but when i poison someone they usually get low on hps and run. havent quite got my game on yet but i think its worth it. they do alot of running here i noticed so i need more tac to dismount then they wont get to far.

Don't forget using forms to get some additional speed. Keep following your prey, and wait for them to make a mistake. Just be sure not too poison too close to the guard zone...la

I have 80 poisoning, and it was only used on one of my FOUR ninjas, and was later soulstoned off. Shurikens are all you need.
