Poisoning

I read that you can train poisoning with infectious strike on a wolf spider. So i tried to do that and the message was “poisoning: too challenging.”

Is this normal or will I eventually reach optimal?

You may need to raise poisoning some before using the wolf spider. There’s a skills threshold for gains and if your seeing ‘too challenging’ it’s because your level is to low. When I played last wolf spiders worked fine for training but player skill had to be at or above the threshold for gains. Not exactly sure what that threshold is but I’d train elsewhere to the closest factor of 10 (ie,... 20, 30, 40, etc,...) then try the spider again. Rinse and repeat until desired results. GL bro
