Poisoning clarification

I see this come up every once in a while and rarely see it addressed, so I thought I'd just go ahead and post:

Tactics IS NOT required to poison with the Infectious Strike special move. Because it requires a minimum level of the poisoning skill, the tactics requirement is waived.

I see this enough that I put poisoning back on to test if something had been changed. It hasn't.
