There's a 100% poison spear in Luna, east side. Coords: X: 1066, Y:482. 100k.
You'll find cheaper weapons if you really look around, but there's what you're looking for if you need a quick buy. This is assuming you need this weapon on the Europa shard of course, which is an educated guess of where you play.

Yep Europa is right
I found a vendor selling them for 40k, still quite shocked by the price!
