Poison + Nec + Bushido = Plausible?

Let's give the plausibilities of this template:

Bushido
Parry

Fencing (120)
Tactics

Necromancy
Spirit Speak

Poisoning

In this day of 120 everything, how well would this fare?
You have healing from Perfection, Curse Weapon, Life Leech, and Vampiric Embrace, if going that route.
Doh! What about mana regen for lowbies? I suppose you could use healing from everything but Vampiric Embrace and run in Wraith Form.
And stats, something like 85 Str, 100 Dex, 40 Int?
