Poison breath..

The UO website states..
"Trains the creature in the Poison Breath area effect, causing lethal poison to nearby targets."

Is this correct?
The pet I have it on does not have that as a natural skill. Poison started low I think 40 something. When low it did not do LP, and it is in the 80's now and no LP.
So.. it looks like the LP procs off the poisoning skill of the pet? When poisoning hits 100 will the poison breath cause LP to proc then?
Any help appreciated. @Khaelor , @Pawain ? Any thoughts/criticisms appreciated.

I would think the design needs 100 poison to get Lethal. Mine went to 100 very fast so it did not matter.
The description can be confusing since they start at 40 poison skill.

Yes they do lower poison below 100 skill.

They do LP when skill is GM to many mobs, but the ones farther away will get lower poison.

Poison from toons is only Lethal within 2 - 3 tiles. So be happy the way it works on pets.

It gains poison skill as it uses the Ability, even if the pet no longer has poison in the Lore.

Actually, Nox Mages deliver DP (Lvl 4) within 2-3 tiles, and have a 10% chance to inflict Lethal (Lvl 5) instead at GM Poisoning. Only way for a Nox Mage to reliably inflict Lethal, is to Evil Omen the target first, then Poison them within 2-3 tiles. Dexxers can inflict Lethal with Infectious Strike from a DPed wep, with the chance of bumping to Lethal increasing the higher the Poisoning skill is.

Parasitic Poison is equivalent to Greater Poison last i checked, but if you stay within 1 tile of the victim, then the damage the poison deals will heal the poisoner for that amount.

so what happens if u drink the parasitic poison does it damage and heal u at the same time?

It may have my HP went up a little but I think My Triton cured me. 0 resist



Also drank darkglow. It does less damage. My Triton didnt heal me. It wore off.
