Yes, plucked chicken is no longer rare. It was put in the SA puzzle quest and to the best of my knowledge matches the actual rare one exactly. Much like plates of food, ceramic mugs, blue glasses etc - the genuine rare has been murdered. The only thing continuing to try and sell this as a server birth will get you is a poor reputation. It sucks, but it is what it is.
