why would this be locked?
also, you have to go into the house on umbra road and use the house teleporter to get to the actual rares fest house. took me about half an hour to figure that out. lykor you may want to include a screen shot of the house teleporter that includes what your umbra road house looks like? i ran in and out of a few before finding yours, and didn't realize the house teleporter thing until i ran onto it by accident.
