Please tell me where this book comes from?

I seem to remember...one night... when I was drinking... Finding this one quest where the reward was similar to The Pen is Mightier quest found in New Haven.

Well, I found "the book" I'm talking about. I took a screen-shot of it. On the left I enlarged the book on the right it should appear as actual game size.

Does anyone know where I can get this book? I'm pretty sure (from what I can remember in my inebriated state) that you can write in it, just like the leather bound book reward from Lyle.

the large, craftable book is that graphic, but not that colour. I'm uncertain whether they can be dyed, I've never actually tried.
