I have 1/2 my hedge maze roof with the house statues completed and today finally got the rest of my hedges but cannot place the house minatures on top of the raised Gozas?

This will Seriously hurt the decorators and I am sure LAOT of other people.

This was I am sure in no way game unbalancing can we please get this oversight reset.
