Please remove the 'no cast zone' on other shards

On Atlantic you can cast everything except recall/gate around the time rift gate. On every other shard (that I know of) you can't cast anything - not even mount an ethy. Can we get it removed/changed so you can at least heal/res/summon ethy/invis on the other shards?

Agree's this make for a hard time for RP types to make healing Partys ect...
or at least make it a partial spell zone like How one can recall in Ilshenar but not gate...

And perhaps stop making the bandages decay so fast on the ground. The RP aspect is being killed here.
