Sable and Joy would be the two people I think would be able to help the most. Sable has probably some of the best Pacific lore knowledge out of anyone I have ever met.

Where'd the Great Horns Tavern go? It seems this former Pacific-Only establishment has been eradicated. Magincia is free and desolate, however. From what I have heard, we can expect some sort of event to restore Magincia in the future, provided the recent bout of layoffs don't intefere with it.
